For more than 160 days, the people of Colombia were forbidden to use the country’s roads due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To make matters worse, the anxiety to return to their cities of origin opened the door for many Colombians to abuse long hours on the road without considering the consequences of fatigued driving, a problem that has consistently led to a large number of deaths each and every year.
At first glance, our ads make it appear as if our man and boy are sleeping. However, upon closer inspection (prompted by our headline) the viewer realizes they’re actually witnessing a passenger in the midst of a violent car wreck.
