Every 9 seconds a woman in the US is violently abused by her partner. This typically happens behind doors, where no one can hear a call for help. We also found women often turn up the TV or play loud music to hide the sounds of an escalating argument or abuse from neighbours or children.
So we took the country's number one voice activated assistant and created a skill that sends a secret text to a friend for help, while appearing to just play loud music.
